Pittman Bullets Aeromax® .452" 300, 325 and 350 Grain

     Pittman Bullets couldn't leave well enough alone. In the Summer of 2016, I designed The Pittman Aeromax®.452" to take high - performance muzzleloading to a new level. Higher ballistic coefficients and match grade accuracy is what the Pittman Aeromax .452" delivers. Looking for an extended range muzzleloading bullet? You have found it with The Aeromax .452".

      The Aeromax .452's are constructed with the same .021" custom made copper jackets as the AccuMax .452's. Both bullets are proven in the field and at the range. The Pittman Bullets Aeromax .452" 350 grain assisted Tim Burnette of Virginia to harvest a whitetail doe on video at an amazing distance of 865 yards in the Fall of 2017.

           New for 2019 Pittman Bullets will be introducing the Aeromax® Hard Core series. The Hard Cores feature the same jackets and tips as the original Aeromax, the only difference being the alloy and hardness of the lead core's construction. This will be another option for hunters looking for less expansion when making closer shots on game. The Aeromax Hard Cores will be three grains heavier than the original Aeromax to allow distinction between the two series.

This Cape Buffalo was harvested by Allan Rovig of McWhorter Custom Rifles on 6-27-2019. Allan was hunting in South Africa in the province of Limpopo. Allan was using a special run of Pittman Aeromax .452" 328 Gr. Hard Cores with .025" thick jackets. Congratulations Allan!!!
